REFUND POLICY
As per our service policy we firstly deliver the services or setup the software within our timeframe which is 70-80 minutes, then we allow you to check the software or delivered services while our reprentative is online with you.after your positive feedback and complete satisfaction we go for payment process. we request you to Re-check the software functioning and services delivered again and again so that you can be satisfied for the software functioning and services according to your need and requirement.
You can ask more time from reprentative. After the Software Installation and Services delivery You have 3-5 days to review the software functioning and Service Satisfaction, If You Feel to provide any feedback regarding software and services please mail us at [email protected] .Our support Team is ready to help you, even you can ask for the refund in case if you are not satisfied with the software or the services. After 5 days you can avail the support for any concern but no refund request will be entertained from our side. The managment Team decision will be final. in case of any refund processed from our end , it usually takes 10-15 working days to reflect in your account. you can check the status of your refund by mailing us on [email protected]
